Hotel was very clean and comfortable, all staff were lovely! The choice at breakfast was amazing! Was in a very quiet location but very short walk to beach and restaurants.

Breakfast was mediocre and lacked variety; no designated parking spots meaning you have to walk a bit from the roundabout parking if the nearby places are full; bathroom smell; had to fix one of the bed’s legs as it was really noisy

Excellent breakfast, easy parking, friendly staff, close to the beach

There were a lot of ants in our room but they were only on the floor. We didn't feel so uncomfortable because we spent little time in the room. You should pay for the beach towel. There was no kettle, coffee, tee in the room

Good location , comfortable rooms, nice pool area.

The rooms we’re very clean and beds were comfrtable, overall the hotel was very clean and well looked after. The restaurant also had a good selection of foods. Salads and fruit were always fresh.

Not long after arrival the lift broke which was an issue as we were on the 6th floor however it was fixed within 48 hrs. My biggest disappointment was that despite their being rooms available we were unable to arrange a late checkout and having a later flight this was not ideal. The reception staff said we could not book a room either directly with the hotel.

The staff is simply wonderful

I think like many other Hotels the pictures make it look better as real, but I mean nothing wrong with that is just the truth. The facilities are functional but as an example the pool is smaller than the picture.

Breakfast, communication with personnel, the place size, relative quietness (rare cars sounds on the street), conditioner, cleanness (except conditioner grid which was full of dust).

The most horrible thing was bedsheets: they use only a sheet instead of blanket cover, so you can touch the blanket during sleep which was touched by I-don't-know-how-many-people before. Another unpleasant thing was smoking personal just in front of balcony, so the smoke came inside the room few times per night. Few times it also probably came from neighbors balcony.

Wonderful

We liked everything! And a wonderful music program, and breakfast, and a room. Everything is fine! Great attention to detail: good towels and bed linen, good soap, shower gel and body cream. I really liked that there were several types of milk for breakfast and almonds and dried fruits for porridge.

I found only two downsides: flamenco was danced in an undesignated room and it was inconvenient to listen to, and the coffee was disgusting.

What was the highlight of Ona Palmira Paguera

Very Good

Comfortable hotel, 5 minutes of walking from the beach, many good cafes and restaurants around and the beach is amazing. The room is not big, but was was enough for our needs. The breakfast was good and diverse, we even had sparkling wine. A good thing is that the hotel also had tennis, table tennis and mini-golf field and there was no queue on using them. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, everybody was speaking German and we in the hotel and the whole city were almost the only non-German people. I prefer more international resorts. Also, the mini-golf field was neglected. The table tennis rackets were worn out. We also had an issue with the shower gel holder - it was broken. We asked to fix it and next day we saw a new one glued to the wall (the part that goes to the wall) and the holders were left on the shelf. After a couple of days we asked somebody to assemble them, but nobody came for 2-3 days and I had to do that myself.

Wonderful

Nice facility and nice staff. 1. Very good breakfast. 2. Personal very friendly and polite. 3. Very clear towels, clean and nice smelling rooms. 4. Nearly every evening Hotel invite singers or bands.

1. Hotel allowed to smoke at the balcony. For non smoking people this is horrible when neighbors smoking but your room full of smells. 2. Quite cold water in the pool, but maybe this is individual feeling.

We got a Junior Suite room however we booked a normal room. The food was super and it was 5min far on foot from the beach. We had a great time. :)

Comfortable

The pool was excellent and the room was quite spacious. The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating. Food and drinks in the hotel were good.

Everything in the hotel including the stay was super overpriced. Peguera is very quiet, however all the other towns are easily accessible through public transport.

Cozy place near the sea (apx 5m) who want to stay on vacation on little private and rest from work

Good quality of personal service, all smiles and very helpful and all was clean at room and hotel area, really perfect place to stay. The booked room was even better than i expected. Good breakfast and dinner with various of food.

Some of staff doesnt speak English well, but it's ok.
